Tenant and Leasehold Engagement Annual Report

...the Cabinet of Melton noted tenant engagement progress, improvements, and outcomes, the Regulatory Action Plan Update, approved the refreshed Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement Framework, delegated authority for final changes to the Director for Housing and Communities, and approved the Code of Conduct for Contractors and Officers of the Council when visiting tenants in their homes and communities .

Asset Development Programme, October 2025 Update

...to support the Asset Development Programme, the Cabinet approved the redevelopment of Parkside, the relocation of council teams from Phoenix House to Parkside, and the replacement of the heating system at Phoenix House, funded by the remaining Asset Development Programme Capital budget, while also delegating authority for design changes and legal agreements to the Director for Place and Prosperity.
