The Licensing Act 2003 Sub-Committee convened to consider an application for a premises licence for Good Day Lounge. The committee decided to grant the application in full, deeming it appropriate for the promotion of licensing objectives[^2]. The decision can be appealed within 21 days to Thames Magistrates Court.
