This meeting was about whether to grant a temporary street trading licence outside a shop in Brentford. To help them reach a decision the panel were provided with a report on the application that included representations from interested parties and details of the council's street trading policy.

Borough Council

Borough Council - Tuesday, 26 November 2024 7:30 pm

The meeting included four petitions on a variety of matters, discussion of the ‘state of the borough’ report, the appointment of a new Monitoring Officer and four proposed motions for debate by members. In addition the council considered reports on treasury management, the adoption of a new gambling policy, and constitutional matters. Lastly, five written questions to cabinet members were answered.

Heston and Cranford Area Forum - Thursday, 21 November 2024 6:30 pm

The meeting discussed the launch of a new online platform for residents to engage with the council, the state of several local projects on the Area Forum Action Plan, and issues raised by residents during the open forum. Councillor Gurmail Lal, the Chair of the meeting, informed attendees that the next meeting of the Forum would be on Thursday 27 March 2025.
