Castle Morpeth Community Partnership - Monday, 29th September, 2025 6.00 pm

Here is a summary of the items scheduled for discussion at the Castle Morpeth Community Partnership meeting. The meeting was scheduled to include discussion of community governance, budget and corporate plan consultation, and parking issues in Ponteland. The Partnership was also scheduled to review the progress of petitions and make appointments to outside bodies.

Communities and Place OSC - Wednesday, 24th September, 2025 2.00 pm

The Communities and Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee are scheduled to meet to discuss the Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service Annual Performance Report 2025-26, and the Food & Feed, Safety & Standards Service Plan 2025/26. The committee will also be asked to consider its work programme for the 2025/26 council year. Also on the agenda is noting the schedule of decisions made by the cabinet since the last meeting, together with the latest Forward Plan of key decisions.

County Council - Wednesday, 10th September, 2025 3.00 pm

Northumberland County Council met on 10 September 2025, and agreed to increase the budget for the Northumberland Line project by £37.9 million, commence a county-wide Community Governance Review, and also discussed corporate performance and annual reports from cabinet members.
