...the Council of North Devon decided to vary the capital programme by £775,000, funded by a £100,000 virement from the Cultural Development Fund and £675,000 from Homes England Affordable Homes capital grant, and to utilise the remaining £525,000 Homes England grant to reduce the project's borrowing requirement.

Costs and benefits for solar pv on selected NDC properties

...to prioritise the solar array at Brynsworthy Environment Centre as the next solar energy project for consideration, with installation to be completed by March 2027, and to note the report on costs and benefits for solar PV on selected North Devon Council properties, with individual capital business cases to be brought back for consideration once costs and benefits are finalised.

Lynton Agency Performance Review
