...to allocate £30,000 from the Strategic contingency reserve for full structural surveys of Fremington Quay, Castle Quay and Rolle Quay to determine the status of the quay walls and the effects of removing the marine infrastructure, in order to confirm the preferred option of removing all marine infrastructure across all three sites to avoid compliance with the Port & Marine Facility Safety Code.
