Extraordinary Meeting, Buckinghamshire & Milton Keynes Fire Authority - Wednesday, 12th November, 2025 11.30 am

The report pack recommends that the decision be deferred and delegated to the Service Director of Planning and Environment for approval, pending publicity of the application as a departure from the Development Plan and the satisfactory completion of a Section 106 agreement[^2].

Buckinghamshire Council's cabinet met to discuss the Local Nature Recovery Strategy for Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, and options for Consilio Property Ltd. The cabinet approved the formal publication of the Local Nature Recovery Strategy for Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes, and also approved Option 1 for Consilio Property Ltd, which includes marketing the Tatling End site for disposal, transferring the remaining assets and liabilities to the council, and winding up the company in an orderly manner.
