...to note medium-term funding and delivery options for the Alternative Delivery Model workstream, instruct the progression of alternative funding and delivery models including proposals from ALEO partners through to Full Business Case stage with a competitive procurement exercise, and instruct the presentation of the Full Business Case findings to Council in the final quarter of 2027, also noting the inclusion of the Linx Ice Arena in certain lots and instructing consideration of Aberdeen Football Club Stadium plans regarding Aberdeen Lynx.
