Health Scrutiny Committee for Lincolnshire - Wednesday, 10th September, 2025 10.00 am

The Health Scrutiny Committee for Lincolnshire met to discuss several key issues, including updates on the reduction of out-of-area mental health placements, the progress of the Stamford and Rutland Hospital Day Treatment Unit, and the development of neighbourhood health services. Highways and Transport Scrutiny Committee - Monday, 8th September, 2025 10.00 am

The Lincolnshire County Council's Highways and Transport Scrutiny Committee met on 8 September 2025, and members reviewed the regional rail strategy, highways performance, major projects, and road safety initiatives. The committee supported a recommendation to approve the proposed Bailgate, Lincoln Scheme, and also supported the proposed recommendation to approve the Spalding – Pinchbeck Active Travel Cycleway tender award. The committee also supported recommendations to approve three strategic resurfacing schemes for the A6121 Ryhall Road, Stamford, the A17/A151 Holbeach and Fleet Hargate, and the A52 Leverton and Haltoft End.

Children's and Culture Scrutiny Committee - Friday, 5th September, 2025 10.00 am

The Children and Cultural Scrutiny Committee met to discuss the Lincolnshire Safeguarding Children Partnership Annual Report, and to review proposed changes to the Children and Young People's Nursing Service. The committee approved the Lincolnshire Safeguarding Children Partnership Annual Report for 2024-25 and supported taking forward the recommendations for the Children and Young People's Nursing Service to the Executive Councillor for Children's Services. The committee also approved the planned work programme for 2025-26, subject to consideration of items discussed.

Highways and Transport Scrutiny Committee - Monday, 28th July, 2025 10.00 am

The Highways and Transport Scrutiny Committee met to discuss several key issues, including proposed improvement schemes, resurfacing projects, and the performance of highways services. The committee reviewed and supported recommendations for the Lincoln Bailgate, Spalding-Pinchbeck, and various resurfacing schemes, and discussed the Highways Performance Report.

Children's and Culture Scrutiny Committee - Friday, 25th July, 2025 10.00 am

The Children's and Culture Scrutiny Committee was scheduled to meet on Friday, 25 July 2025, to discuss the performance of the library service, the Lincolnshire Youth Justice Plan 2025-28, and the Holiday Activities and Food Programme annual report. The committee was also expected to review and comment on its work programme.
