From: Council - Wednesday, 4th February, 2026 9.30 am - February 04, 2026

Aberdeen City Council resolved on 04/02/2026 to adopt an amendment. The amendment noted the decision to provide an enhanced offer to homeowners, reported 61 property completions costing £4.5m, and stated around 70 more homeowners were engaging with the District Valuer. It also noted additional support for housing options and that demolition teams were on site undertaking soft strip on council-owned properties.
