Acquisition of Individual Properties to HRA

...the committee approved the Housing Revenue Account Stock Acquisition methodology, granting delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Housing and the Director of Finance and Resources to acquire additional properties for the HRA, in liaison with the Lead Member for Housing, with a maximum payback period of 50 years, and amending the Constitution accordingly.

Vacancy Factor Budget Virements

...to improve budget monitoring and control, delegated authority was granted to the Director of Finance & Corporate Resources to make budget virements between staff expenditure budgets and vacancy factor budgets, even if over £100k, for 2025/26 and future years, amending the scheme of delegation in the constitution accordingly.
