The Licensing Sub-Committee decided to grant Shell UK Oil Products Limited's application to vary the premises licence for Shell Little Waitrose Battersea at 326 Queenstown Road. The variation will allow the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises for 24 hours each day, subject to a number of conditions.

Tooting Karahi and Company Limited's application for a new premises licence for Butkarahi, to allow them to sell takeaway food until 2am was granted subject to conditions about waste disposal, and the management of noise and crowds outside the restaurant. The meeting considered objections to the application from local residents Belinda Yeldon and Thomas Southwell, and from Councillor Anna-Marie Critchard, on behalf of residents.

The council approved the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget and Rent Setting 2025/26 and a number of amendments to the Council's Standing Orders, following the walkout of all Conservative Councillors after the refusal of a motion to bring forward a debate on the possible closure of Bradstow School. The council also noted a number of supplementary items.

The first amendment limits Councillors to asking just the first supplementary question after their original question in Council meetings, and the second amendment removes Councillors' ability to 'call-in' planning decisions for further scrutiny by the full Council.
