The West Chilterns Community Board met on Thursday 11 September 2025 at Longburrow Hall, Park Lane, Stokenchurch, to discuss local priorities. The meeting was scheduled to include a welcome to the board. A networking session was scheduled to take place after the meeting.

West Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee - Wednesday, 27th August, 2025 6.30 pm

The West Buckinghamshire Area Planning Committee convened to discuss planning applications and related matters. Councillor Sarfaraz Khan Raja was scheduled to chair the meeting. The committee was expected to review planning applications for developments at Station Court and land adjacent to Hilltop, as well as note the minutes of the previous meeting.

Licensing (Public Protection) Committee - Thursday, 17th July, 2025 6.30 pm

The Licensing (Public Protection) Committee met to discuss the Draft Street Trading Consent Policy Post-Consultation Review. Councillors agreed in principle to proposed amendments to the council's draft street trading consent policy on regulating street trading, modified following public consultation, prior to a resolution to full council regarding the adoption of Schedule 4 Local Government Act 1982 in respect of consent streets. The committee also agreed that the date of the next meeting would be Tuesday 23 September 2025.

BMKFA Overview & Audit Committee - Wednesday, 16th July, 2025 10.00 am

The Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority Overview and Audit Committee met to discuss internal and external audit reports, risk management, and various policies. The committee was also scheduled to elect a chair and vice-chair for the upcoming year.

Council - Wednesday, 9th July, 2025 4.00 pm

The Buckinghamshire Council met to discuss several key issues, including the appointment of a returning officer, cabinet member reports, and motions related to local plans and funding. Councillors approved the appointment of Lisa Marie Williams as the returning officer and electoral registration officer, and also approved a motion to engage with water and sewage providers on capacity investment in the local plan. A motion regarding transparency of member fees was referred to the Standards and General Purpose Committee.
