...to allow time for an options appraisal on the future delivery of gas services, the Cabinet approved a twelve-month extension, until January 1st, 2027, to the existing Sureserve Compliance Northwest Compliance Ltd Contract for gas compliance, repairs, smoke detector testing, and capital boiler works, estimated to cost £1,591,800 plus ad hoc call off works.
