Maritime Gateway

...to facilitate the redevelopment of the Maritime Gateway site, the Cabinet delegated authority to relevant Executive Directors to terminate or transfer the existing lease, grant a new 250-year lease to a newly formed Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), secure the Council's membership and participation in the LLP, and authorize the Council's financial contribution to the LLP as an interest-free loan, all aimed at delivering an innovation-led scheme focused on health, science, and engineering.

Connected Southampton 2040 Transport Strategy (LTP) - Implementation Plan 2025-28

To consider the report of the Cabinet Member for Transport detailing the progress in delivering the Connected Southampton Transport Strategy 2040 Implementation Plan covering the period 2022 to 2025 and the proposed Implementation Plan for the period 2025 to 2028. The Implementation Plan has been developed in accordance with the policies set out in the Connected Southampton Transport Strategy 2040 (the LTP), which remain unchanged, and confirmed funding. The publication of a LTP is a statutory duty placed on Local Transport Authorities (LTA) and must be accompanied by a supporting plan setting out how it will deliver the strategy (the Implementation Plan).
