...to support the Council's Recycling & Waste collection service, the Cabinet approved the procurement of 18 vehicles, including the option for contract hire with maintenance, and authorized the Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Sustainable Environment, to award the contract following a best value procurement and evaluation process.
