This report summarises the work undertaken to date on the proposed revenue budget for 2026/27 , updates to the Capital Programme and Medium Term Financial Plan for the period 2026-2029. The report also incorporates the outcome of the public consultation following the Committee's consideration of growth, savings and fees & charges proposals for 2026/27. Members are asked to receive the report and submit any further recommendations for amendment to Cabinet.

...to approve the recommendations outlined in the Neurodiversity Declaration motion submitted by Councillor Stanger, thereby affirming responsibilities under the Public Sector Equality Duty, committing to involving neurodiverse individuals in Council decisions, ensuring neurodiversity is covered in future training, and noting the appointment of Councillor Stanger as the Council's 'neurodiversity champion'.
