...to support investigating the transfer of the Chuter Ede Trust Funds' assets to the Epsom and Ewell Community Fund, authorize the closure of the charity trust funds with Charity Commission approval, authorize spending the Elizabeth Welchman fund's remaining balance and then close that fund, and nominate and authorize the Assistant Director of Corporate Services to implement these resolutions.
