Councillors also debated motions on pension fund investments in temporary accommodation, becoming a Borough of Sanctuary, street scene enhancements, changes to the Integrated Care Board[^2], and council tax waivers for terminally ill residents.

Licensing Committee Vice-Chair

Licensing Committee - Thursday, 16th October, 2025 10.00 am

The Kensington and Chelsea Licensing Committee met to discuss and note the proposed revisions to the council's statement of licensing policy 2026-2031, which is required under the Licensing Act 2003.
