The Licensing Sub-Committee of Kensington and Chelsea Council was scheduled to convene to consider an application for a variation of a premises licence. The Kensington and Chelsea Licensing Sub-Committee was scheduled to convene to consider an application for a new premises licence for Ricco Lounge & Club, Basement, 11 Russell Gardens, London, W14 8EZ. The applicant, Chelsea Events & Entertainment Ltd, sought to secure a licence for the exhibition of films, live music, recorded music, dance performances, similar entertainment, late-night refreshments, and the retail sale of alcohol. Councillors were also scheduled to review representations made regarding the application.

Full Council - Wednesday, 16th July, 2025 6.30 pm

The Kensington and Chelsea Full Council met on 16 July 2025, addressing a range of issues from local concerns to strategic policy decisions. Councillors approved a motion to investigate the impact of changes to National Insurance contributions, and they also discussed green spaces, mental health services, and the Grenfell Tower tragedy.

Planning Committee - Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 6.30 pm
