Kingshurst Village Centre Regeneration

From: Cabinet - Thursday 16th January 2025 6.00 pm - January 16, 2025

The purpose of this report is to seek approval to enter into a Pre-Contract Services Agreement (PCSA) with Willmott Dixon to RIBA Stage 4 for Phase 2 of the Kingshurst Village Regeneration Project. This will allow for the completion of the design work for Phase 2 and the submission of a tender price from Willmott Dixon. Once the tender price is received, a further Cabinet decision would then be taken in regards to how the project will move forward. The cost of the proposed PCSA to RIBA Stage 4 is £351,000.
