As part of their decision the Committee amended Condition 27 of the planning decision to ensure that part of the development's roof could not be used as a terrace. They also secured a commitment from the applicant to meet them halfway and increase their contribution to the Council's Affordable Workspace scheme from £2,875,000 to £2,937,500.
