1.      To provide an update on the progress made on the Local Flood Risk Management Strategy (LFRMS) Action Plan. 2.      To provide the Committee with an opportunity to review how flood risk is being managed. 3.      To seek approval to  drawdown £500,000 of Strategic CIL allocated by full council to fund survey and inspection work of the Harbour Entrance Lock.
