Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) reform plan

A plan developed in response to requirements from the Department for Education and NHS England to improve SEND services, and to reform the provision of services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities in England, developed in partnership with parents, young people, professionals, and local authorities, developed in response to government requirements to assess local readiness for SEND reforms, aiming to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND, developed in response to national requirements to assess local readiness for reforms aimed at improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND, and for reforming the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) system, developed in partnership with parents, young people, professionals, and local authorities.
