A process for allocating resources and considering exceptional healthcare needs within NHS Integrated Care Boards, specifically for patients in Greater Manchester to request treatments not usually provided by the NHS due to limited evidence of clinical or cost-effectiveness, but where a clinician believes a patient has an exceptional healthcare need.
