The Overview and Scrutiny Committee scrutinises the Council's functions, policies, and services, and reviews issues affecting the local area and its inhabitants. It considers decisions of the West London Economic Prosperity Board and can scrutinise key decisions before they are made, with the Executive's agreement. The committee also reviews the performance of partners delivering services on behalf of the Council and examines monitoring reports on service performance.
