I, David Shepherd, Strategic Director (Place)
to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, pursuant to
Article 14.20 of the Constitution hereby resolve: -
i) That the proposed ‘Prohibition of Motor Vehicles (Except
for Access)’ (as shown on drawing No. THN/104993/TRO/A0/1A
(attached as Appendix 1)) be approved and implemented as formally
advertised.
ii) That the objectors be advised accordingly.
