Resolved -

 

(1)         
That the appointment of His Honour Judge Jonathan
Rose as   Honorary Recorder of Bradford
during his tenure as Resident          Judge at
Bradford Crown Court, in accordance with the Courts       Act 1971 be formally
approved.

 

(2)         
That the Director of Legal and Governance, in
consultation        with the Lord Mayor
make appropriate arrangements to mark his           
appointment.
