Purpose

Sign the variation to the grant agreement for
the Darley Street Active Travel and Public Realm improvement works
in relation to the Darley Street (Bradford City Centre)
Scheme

Content

i) To agree the letter of amendment issued by
West Yorkshire Combined Authority in relation to the grant funding
agreement for Darley Street Active Travel and Public Realm highway
improvement works, which will extend the grant period end date to
31st April 2025 and the longstop date to 31st October 2025.
ii) To approve the new programme delivery dates in line with the
extended grant period as follows:-

Dec 2024 Issue Tender pack to contractors
Jan 2025 Evaluate and contract award
March 2025 Start construction works on site
