plan in line with the Council’s Medium Term Financial Plan
and Best Value Notice.

Resolved –
 
That the
Executive:
 

(1)          
Agreed the first draft of the Improvement Plan and noted the
need for further work to develop it into a SMART transformation
plan and that it will continue to be refreshed throughout the
implementation period.
 

(2)          
Welcomed the opportunity of the Panel and Board to support the
Council’s improvement.
