Resolved-
 
That having
considered all valid representations made by the parties to the
hearing; valid written representation received during the statutory
period; the published statement of licensing principles and
relevant statutory guidance the panel grants the application in
part subject to the following conditions:
 

That any outdoor entertainment to
cease at 2200 hours
That the outdoor bar to close at
2200 hours
That noise prevention measures
including the use of a noise limiting device, levels to be agreed
with the council environmental health.
That all external doors and
windows to the licenced premises where regulated entertainment is
being provided shall remain closed during the course of the
entertainment, other than for normal access and egress.

 
Reason-
 
It is considered
that the condition is necessary to minimise noise disturbances to
nearby residents and to ensure- prevention of public nuisance
objective.
