Purpose

The formal advertisement of the amendment
Traffic
Regulation Order for the movement restrictions and timings of the
existing bus lane on Thornton Road, from its junction with Hollings
Road west to its junction with Ingleby Road. The bus lane it to be
changed from 4pm - 6:30pm, Monday – Friday to 24 hours of
operation daily and the site-specific exemption for the bus lane is
to include Motorcyclists and Custody Vehicles

That the amendment Traffic Regulation Order
for the movement of the existing bus lane on Thornton Road
associated with the TCF Cycle Superhighway West Bradford Extension
scheme be advertised, and subject to no objections being received,
the Order be sealed and implemented. If any objections are received
and cannot be removed by negotiation, they will be taken to a
future Executive/Committee meeting for resolution.
