Resolved –
 
That the public and
press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of
“Document “G” relating to Statutory Temporary
Accommodation Contracts on the grounds that it is likely in view of
the nature of the business to be transacted or the nature of the
proceedings, that if they were present, exempt information within
Paragraph 3 (Information relating to Financial or Business Affairs)
Schedule 12 A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) and the
public interest in applying this exemption outweighs the public
interest in disclosing the information. The information in this
report is commercially sensitive and prejudicial to a forthcoming
tender process.
