Purpose

The purpose of this report is for the
Strategic Director of Corporate Resources to consider whether the
site of the former Addingham Old First School and playing field,
Chapel Street, Addingham, Ilkley LS29 0PG shown edged and hatched
red on plan number ACV0121 should be included in the List of Assets
of Community Value or whether it should be included on the List of
Land Nominated by Unsuccessful Community Nominations in accordance
with Part 5 Chapter 3 of the Localism Act 2011.

Not to add the site of the former Addingham
First School and playing field, Chapel St, Addingham to the
Council’s list of Assets of Community Value, and instead add
the property to the list of assets nominated by unsuccessful
community nominations.
