Purpose

To
report on the outcome of the Ofsted Monitoring Visit of
Children’s Social Care Services which will take place
February/March 2024.

Content

Resolved –
 

(1)      That the
contents of Ofsted letter and the progress made be
noted.

 

(2)      That the
Council and partners continue to work with the DfE appointed
Commissioner to support the work of the Trust and to ensure
improvements are made in line with the Children’s Social Care
Improvement Plan. This will be monitored and reviewed through the
Improvement Board and the Operational and Strategic Joint Working
Group.
