Purpose

The report provides
Members with an overview of the forecast financial position of the
Council for 2023-24.

Content

Resolved –
 

(1)          
That the Qtr 4 Finance Position
Statement for 2023-24 be noted.

 

(2)          
That it be noted that the following has been approved under
Section 1.7 of the Financial Regulations for inclusion in the
Capital programme:
 

·      
£0.075m for capital works on the garden and the purchase
of three hoists at a Children’s Residential Homes. This will
be funded from the 2023-24 General Contingency budget included in
the CIP.
 

(3)          
That the charges for court costs in respect of Council Tax and
Business Rates as outlined in section 15.3 to Document
“AY” be approved.
