Resolved –

 
(1)  That the 2022-23 statement of accounts as detailed in Document
“AJ” are approved by the Governance and Audit
Committee.

 
(2)  That any subsequent changes be delegated to the S151 Officer in
consultation with the Chair for approval. That any significant
changes be reported to the committee at a later
meeting.
