to enable its proper consideration by the Local Planning Authority.
In particular, the application fails to provide any information in

Gain Assessment to demonstrate that a net gain of biodiversity can
be achieved. In the absence of this information it is not possible
to fully and properly consider the application against Policy EN2
of the Core Strategy Development Plan Document and the National
Planning Policy Framework.
