Purpose

This report considers objections to the
traffic calming measures proposed for Dirkhill Road and All Saints
Road, the Traffic Regulation Order for waiting restrictions
associated with the Great Horton Road Corridor Improvement scheme
and the prohibited right turn from Great Horton Road into All
Saints Road.

I, David Shepherd, Strategic Director –
Place, to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council,
pursuant to Article 14.20 of the Constitution hereby resolve:
-

i. That the objections to the Traffic Regulation Order be overruled
and the Order be sealed and implemented as advertised.

ii. That the objection to the Traffic calming proposals be
overruled and the scheme be implemented as advertised.

iii. That the objection to the prohibited right turn from Great
Horton Road into All Saints Road be overruled and the Order be
sealed and implemented as advertised.

iv. That the objectors be informed accordingly.
