Resolved –
 
That having
considered all valid representations made by the parties to the
hearing; valid written representations received during the
statutory period; the published statement of licensing policy and
relevant statutory guidance; the panel grants the application as
applied for subject to the following condition:
 
·       All
Alcohol will be obscured from the view of customers or removed from
the shop floor at any time when the premises are open to the public
outside the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol under the terms
of this licence.
 
Reason – It is considered that the condition is
proportionate and necessary to ensure compliance with the
Prevention of Crime and Disorder and Prevention of Public Nuisance
objectives of the Licensing Act.
