Purpose

The formal advertisement of the amendment
Traffic Regulation Orders for the Movement restrictions on
Piccadilly. Approximately 21 meters of
Piccadilly from its junction with Duke Street is being proposed to
revoke the existing one-way restrictions to allow it to become
two-way vehicular movement.

Content

1) That the amendment Traffic Regulation
Orders for the Movement restrictions revoking part of the existing
one-way system on Piccadilly be advertised, and subject to no
objections being received, the Order be sealed and implemented. If
any objections are received and cannot be removed by negotiation,
they will be taken to a future Executive/Committee meeting for
resolution.
