Purpose

This report seeks to approval on the progress
of Bradford Council’s allocation of grant funding from the
Department for Energy Security and Net Zero’s Local Electric
Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) grant funding scheme in partnership
with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA).

Content

Resolved –
 
That
the £3.1m LEVI Project in the Capital Plan be approved to
further develop local electric vehicle charging infrastructure
focusing on equity of access, to help achieve the district and
regional net zero targets. Revenue and capital spend will be funded
by WYCA grant.
