Resolved –
 

(1)          
That the schedule of meetings of the Executive for 2025/26 as
set out in Appendix 1 to Document “AR”, be approved, subject to the amendment that the
Executive meeting marked for 10th June 2025 be
rescheduled to the 3rd June
2025.

 

(2)          
That it be a recommendation to the annual meeting of Council
that the ordinary meetings of Council for 2025/26 as set out in
Appendix 1 to Document “AR” be approved.
