Resolved –
 

(1)          
That Executive approve the funding request to complete the final
phase of the project, as set out in Not for Publication Appendix A
to Document “AU” enabling the project to proceed to
completion.

 

(2)          
That the Chief Executive be requested to undertake a Project
Evaluation exercise once the market is complete, as would be
expected for a project of this size and importance. That a report
on the evaluation be taken to Regeneration and Environment Overview
and Scrutiny Committee.
