That the
application be approved subject to the conditions as set out
in the Strategic Director’s technical report (Document
“G”) with the exception of:
 
Condition 3: Prior to the
installation of any new shopfronts in the building, details of the
materials for the frames, a sectional joinery profile and
confirmation of the paint finish of the frames shall be submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.  The shopfronts shall then be
installed in accordance with the approved details and so retained
in this form thereafter.  To be
re-written.
 
Condition 4 – to be
re-written to reflect the submission of bin storage information in
accordance with the approved details prior to the first occupation
of the dwellings hereby permitted and retained thereafter.
 
Decisions to be delegated
to Officers for changes to conditions 3 and 4.
