Purpose

The purpose of this report is to enable the
Strategic Director of Corporate Resources to consider and decide,
in accordance with Part 5 Chapter 3 of the Act, whether the asset
as shown edged and hatched red on plan number ACV0133 should be
included in the Council’s List of Assets of Community Value
or whether it should instead be included in the List of Land
Nominated by Unsuccessful Community Nominations.
