To bring to Executive a final report on the
Strategic Review of Bradford Libraries, together with a draft new
strategic vision and framework for the future of the service.

Resolved –
 
That the option to
carry out public consultation on the draft new Strategy for
Libraries 2025 – 2030 be approved, to be carried out during
April – July 2025, with a view to bringing the final strategy
for adoption by Executive Committee in September 2025.
