Resolved –
 
(1) 
That Keighley and Ilkley Area Committee notes the
progress made during the period October 2024 – March
2025 towards addressing the locality-wide and
ward-based priorities set out in the Keighley Locality Plan
2022-25, as detailed in this report at Appendix A.
 
(2) 
That Keighley and Ilkley Area Committee requests
the Keighley and Ilkley Area Co-ordinator to keep it updated with
progress towards the production of the District Plan and plans to
develop a new Locality Plan.
 
(3) 
That Keighley and Ilkley Area Committee receive a
progress update, in six months time,
with a specific focus on the priorities being addressed in each
ward, and the constituency as a whole, ensuring alignment with an
overarching framework agreed by the Chair, Deputy Chair and Area
Coordinator.
