update on the monitoring visit and has no direct impact on any
vulnerable groups.

Content

Resolved –
 
(1)       That the contents of the
Ofsted letter and the progress made be          
noted.
 
(2)       That the Council and
partners continue to work with the DfE      appointed Commissioner to
support the work of the Trust      and to ensure improvements
continue at pace in line with the         
Children’s Social Care Improvement Plan. This will be
overseen            
and reviewed through the Improvement Board and the     Governance arrangements.
