Purpose

To outline proposals for the Corporate
Parenting Panel to move from Committee to Advisory Board status and
become an executive function of the Council.

Content

Resolved –

(1)       That a
Corporate Parenting Board be established as an advisory group to
the Council’s Executive to replace the Council’s
Corporate Parenting Panel. 

(2)       That the
proposed Terms of Reference for the newly established Corporate
Parenting Board, including membership of the Board as set out in
Appendix 1 to Document “F”, be approved.
